Greetings from AHAM Asset Management Berhad (“AHAM Capital”).
Thank you for investing in the AHAM Aiiman Global Sukuk Fund (“Fund”).
This First Supplemental Prospectus shall be in place mainly to reflect the change of the Fund as below:
The change to the Fund’s name and distribution policy as well as the relevant updates to the disclosure arising from these changes;
The removal of embedded derivatives from the Fund’s permitted investments, investment strategy and all other relevant sections; and
Other updates which are general in nature.
A summary list of changes made to the Fund may be obtained online via the link and QR code provided together with this notice. We wish to inform you of upcoming changes to the Fund which will take effect on
24 February 2025 (“Effective Date”). A copy of the First Supplemental Prospectus will be made available on
the Fund's page on the Effective Date.
With the changes made to the Fund, we believe that the Fund would continue to meet its investment objectives for unitholders. Nevertheless, should you be uncomfortable with the changes, you are provided with an option to exercise a switching request or a redemption request.
