    • Login Credentials

      • How can I create my login credentials?
Tap on the "Create New Account" button. Set your registered email address, and password. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Once you've verified your email address, your login credentials will be setup for you, and you can now login with your details. Remember! You should never share your login credentials with anyone.

      • What if I already have an i-Access login?
If you're an existing i-Access web platform User, you'll be able to sign in to the i-Access Mobile App using the same login credentials.

      • I forgot my password. What can I do?
Don't worry! It only takes 2 simple taps to reset your Password:
        1) "Sign In" and
        2) "Forgot Password"
An email will then be sent to your registered email address for you to proceed with the Password reset.

    • Account Opening and Account Maintenance

      • What would I need to open an account?
We'll need to verify that you are who you say you are. So you'll need to have:
        1) Your mobile phone in hand,
        2) Your National Registration Identity Card ("NRIC"), and
        3) Your face that's selfie-ready.

      • How can I open an account?
Set aside 8 minutes of your time, and you'll be able to sign-up in 3 simple steps:

        1) Make sure you have your NRIC with you because you'll need to take an image capture of it
        2) Give us your best smile when you perform your selfie verification
        3) Complete your personal details

Then just sit back and relax while you wait for our confirmation that your account opening process is complete.

      • I've signed up on i-Access. But my account is still processing. How long will this take?
Our little tech robots are working their hardest to ensure your data is accurate, and safely stored. So please give them up to 3-working days for your account to be up, and investment ready.

      • Can I open an account for my friend?
We will only be processing account opening applications for first party applicants. So accounts can only be opened by you, and for you.

      • I don't have an NRIC. Can I still open an account?
No. We would require an NRIC to verify your identification. As we currently do not accept any other form of identity document for verification, the NRIC will be required.

      • Do I need to update my personal information?
You are encouraged to update your personal information regularly to allow us to continue serve you the best we can.

      • How can I update my personal information?
You would be able to update your personal information via our i-Access web platform.

There may be several instances where your transactions may be restricted:

        [[table-1]]

      • How can I make an investment?
You can make an investment in 3 simple steps:
        1) Open an investment account
        2) Select the Fund that you would like to invest in and
        3) Make payment for your investment.

        It's that simple.

      • How do I make payment for my investments?
You can make payment for your investments from any of your bank savings, or current account using the FPX payment gateway. FPX is operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("Paynet"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia.

      • Is there a minimum investment amount?
This typically depends on the Fund that you would like to invest in. The minimum investment for the Mobile App starts from as low as RM100.

      • Is there a maximum investment amount per transaction?
AHAM Capital does not limit the amount of your investments. However, there is typically an FPX limit of RM200,000 set for each transaction. This amount may vary depending on the settings of the respective banks. You should also take note of the daily FPX transfer limit that you have set with your bank.

      • How can I make a redemption?
Redeem your investments in just a few simple steps:

        1) Select the account you would like to redeem from
        2) Select the Fund from the account
        3) Confirm your redemption amount
        4) Select / Register the bank account that you would like to receive your redemption proceeds

It's that simple. Just remember, that to keep your investments secure, redemption proceeds will only be paid to bank accounts that are in your name.

      • How will I receive my money after a redemption?
When performing a redemption transaction, you will be able to select a bank account of your choice to receive your proceeds. We will then send your redemption proceeds to the bank account that you have selected. Do note that we will only make payment to your own bank account. To safeguard your assets, we will not allow any redemptions into bank accounts that are not in your name.  Any discrepancies may result in a delay in receiving your proceeds. So we do encourage you to ensure that you have provided accurate bank account details.

      • How do I register my bank account?
The registration of new bank accounts can be performed at the point of redemption. Do note that you can only register your own individual bank account. To safeguard your assets, we will not allow any redemptions into bank accounts that are not in your name.

      • How can I perform a switching transaction?
The switching facility allows you to switch your investments in one fund into another. The process can be completed in just a few simple steps:

        1) Select the Fund that you would like to switch-out from in your account
        2) Select the Fund you would like to switch-in to
        3) Confirm the number of Units you would like to switch

      • Where can I get my official receipt?
Upon a successful transaction application, an email will be sent to your registered email address to notify you that your official receipt is ready. The Official Receipt will then be accessible to you via our online web portal. By using the online portal, you would be able to download your official receipt from the Transaction History tab.

      • Can I cancel my investment transaction?
Investment transactions that you have made payment for cannot be cancelled. However, you would be able to exercise your cooling-off rights - which gives you the opportunity to revoke your investment decision within 6-business days from your investment date.
