Ms. Faridah has approximately 20 years of experience working across the public and private sectors in the UK and Malaysia, with about half that time spent in management consulting.
She holds a BA(Hons) and MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and an MSc in Forensic Science from the University of Strathclyde.
Ms. Faridah began her career as a scientist, then spent six years in the UK government's Ministry of Justice. During this time, she was involved in policy reviews, cross-ministerial relationship building, and stakeholder management. She later transitioned to management consulting, joining Capgemini Consulting in London (now Capgemini Invent), where she focused on analytics and organisational transformation projects.
Upon returning to Malaysia, Ms. Faridah joined Boston Consulting Group in Kuala Lumpur. There, she led multiple strategy and implementation engagements across Southeast Asia for public sector clients, GLCs, and industries such as energy and real estate. She worked closely with diverse teams to drive insights, lead client engagements, and advise senior management and boards.
Ms. Faridah currently serves as Head of Southeast Asia for Copperleaf at IFS Solutions, a global enterprise software company. Her role in IFS, effective 6 December 2024, was transferred from Copperleaf Technologies following its acquisition by IFS a few months earlier. She continues to lead regional business development and cross-functional teams, while driving strategic initiatives across Southeast Asia. Her focus spans decision analytics, operating model evolution, product development, recruitment, and brand strategy.
Ms. Faridah was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of AHAM Asset Management Berhad ("AHAM Capital") on 29 July 2022.
